Driscoll is a rather out going young pup. He enjoys having fun and doing activities that require a lot of physical effort. He's a very fun and loyal dog once you become his friend. Though, he does have his dislikes, and doesn't take all that well to teasing. No matter really what you're teasing him about, he might take it too seriously and get mad at you about it. He has a bit of a short fuse after all. And he's not afraid to get into a tussle if it comes down to it. Heck, he'll even challenge Pokemon much bigger than him if he has too. He's a bit reckless to say the least, even.

Driscoll was born in the City of Goldenrod to a Stoutland father and a Furfrou mother. His parents were both hair stylist, as obvious enough as that was for their species. They thought very highly of themselves, and wanted a child that would be beautiful. When Driscoll hatched as a Lillipup, his parents were slightly disappointed that he wants' a girl, as they wanted. But still loved him. Though, perhaps their want for a daughter came through a little too easy. As they often dressed their son in,  girlier clothes than normal for a child. And often people would say 'Oh what a cute daughter you have' which their parents did correct them, but never really thought much about it.

When Driscoll entered school, it didn't go that great. Considering he usually had pink shirts on, and his hair put up. Sure it wasn't dresses or bows, else his parents might have heard something from child services. But it was still pretty girly clothing. So other kids, as cruel as kids can be, made fun of him. He didn't know why know one liked him, but it made him cry and he told his parents what the kids did, but, they were relatively dense if you couldn't tell and didn't realize what they were doing to their child.

Driscoll lived with the teasing as he grew older. Eventually it stopped for the most part. Kids kind of got used to him and his odd fashion. Though, at the same time, Driscoll also realized why he had been teased to begin with. He got onto his parents about this, and his parents didn't think it was it. Though, to please their son they did start let him picking his own clothes.

Sure the teasing stopped, but the kids at school still remembered, and every now and again he'd hear a whisper about him. His parents figured that, perhaps sending him to a different school might be a good start for their son. And quickly filled out some applications for some private schools the had heard about.

- He's a bit fluffier than the average Herdier because of his mother.

- He wishes he'd gotten the Intimidate ability instead.

- He spends a lot of his free time training, or working out, playing sports and such. He wants to be tough after all.

- He doesn't really want to evolve because then, in his eyes, be 'girly' like his father.

- He dislikes the color pink. A lot. And most 'girly' things.
